Sunscreen is expensive! You see all the different brands, the spray on ones,  the creams & lotion versions of sunscreen. Consumer Reports says the  cheapest ones may be the best. They tested 22 different spray-on, cream and  lotion sunscreens and gave the highest ratings to the least-expensive  products! All these protect  against ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B radiation. (Exposure to UVA is generally linked to skin cancer while UVB exposure is generally associated with burning)
Here's the Consumer Reports top three “Best Buys” that provided excellent  water-resistant protection against AVA & AVB for less than 88 cents per ounce:
Up & Up Sport SPF 30 (Target brand)
No-Ad with Aloe and Vitamin E SPF 45
Equate Baby SPF 50 (Walmart brand)
