Just Buy The Cheap Sunscreen

Sunscreen is expensive! You see all the different brands, the spray on ones, the creams & lotion versions of sunscreen. Consumer Reports says the cheapest ones may be the best. They tested 22 different spray-on, cream and lotion sunscreens and gave the highest ratings to the least-expensive products! All these protect against ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B radiation. (Exposure to UVA is generally linked to skin cancer while UVB exposure is generally associated with burning)

Here's the Consumer Reports top three “Best Buys” that provided excellent water-resistant protection against AVA & AVB for less than 88 cents per ounce:

Up & Up Sport SPF 30 (Target brand)
No-Ad with Aloe and Vitamin E SPF 45
Equate Baby SPF 50 (Walmart brand)

Here's a link to more details.
